Ok here's the thing.... It took a long time for me to 'like' Rachel Vincent's Shifter series but I ended up loving it in the end . The issue I had with her writing was the lack of substance and lengthy banters. It seemed that My Soul to Lose has a bit of that going on but I hope I will end up 'liking' Soul Screamers as wellMy Soul to Lose mostly takes place in a Psych Ward at Lakeside Hospital.
