It had been awhile since I finished The Immortal Rules but I remembered where it had ended. Zeke and Allison had arrived in Eden. 

In The Eternity Cure, Ally is forced in one direction, determined to find her master, who she thinks is in serious danger. Along the way she encounters her blood brother, Jackal, who killed all of Zeke's family ,and they agree on working together to find and rescue their master Kanin ,who they believe is alive but is suffering. Indeed he is and they know Sarren is responsible.

Sarren is a psycho vamp who had been experimented on and tortured by the human scientists in  order to find a cure for Rabidism and Red Lung disease and that is why he went crazy. He is vengeful and dangerous

Ahhhh! The Eternity Cure is a dark and dangerous scene , where there is only one safe place to be . In the towers of the Vampire Prince Salazar's city. Outside there are mole men and zombie infested humans running around who will infect you.
